We're hiring a Warehouse Purchasing Coordinator to take ownership of purchasing, inventory, and job coordination. This is a critical role that keeps operations running smoothly from the warehouse to the field.
What You'll Do
- Manage equipment purchasing and receiving
- Handle warranty parts ordering, returns, and processing
- Oversee inventory and shop stock levels
- Order service parts and track availability
- Coordinate job staging and materials readiness
- Perform QuickBooks & ServiceTitan data entry
- Track operational metrics and equipment registration
What You Need
- Experience with purchasing, inventory, or warehouse operations
- QuickBooks and/or ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of moving parts
