This role supports Business Distribution and Underwriting leadership by managing internal and external communications and executing creative, strategic, and digital initiatives. - Provide comprehensive support to the management team across Distribution, Marketing, Legal, and Underwriting.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and industry events.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership and industry engagements.
- Support marketing campaigns, customer communications, and recurring company updates.
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing initiatives, creating visually compelling content.
- Leverage AI and insurtech tools to enhance operations and communication strategies.
- Collect and organize content from stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery of messages to employees, agents, and partners.
- Manage CRM data, e-marketing distribution lists, and track campaign performance.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with colleagues, MGAs, and industry organizations.
- Assist with project and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of organizational initiatives and technology solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with exposure to marketing and administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Skilled in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI-powered platforms).
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and event planning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
