The Color Coordinator is looking for a personable, upbeat, and design-minded Part-Time Color Analyst to join our in-person team! This is an exciting opportunity to work one-on-one with clients to help them discover their best colors using our signature 12-season method.
You’ll receive hands-on training in our process and work with clients in a fun, supportive environment. If you love style, people, and confidence-boosting transformations, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Conduct in-person color analysis sessions at our designated location.
- Guide clients through their session with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Recommend seasonal color palettes, style tips, and makeup suggestions tailored to each client.
- Keep client records organized and maintain a welcoming, tidy workspace.
- Occasionally assist with events, product curation, or client follow-ups.
- Be available for some weekend sessions, based on scheduling needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural eye for color, design, or personal style.
- Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills.
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage time independently.
- Available for a flexible in-person schedule, including some weekends.
- Willing to be trained in The Color Coordinator’s signature method.
- Professional, polished presence—clients should feel confident in your guidance.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience in fashion, makeup, retail styling, or beauty consulting.
- Are already familiar with seasonal color analysis or image consulting.
- Are creative and love helping others shine.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
