About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce ecosystem supporting West Coast artists and labels. This role is critical in delivering seamless online experiences, executing high-impact product launches, and driving revenue growth across a large portfolio of artist storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and overall performance of 60 artist and label eCommerce stores
- Support the holistic wellbeing of storefronts, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and customer experience
- Execute product launches, store activations, and new store setups in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and update backend systems, including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Oversee frontend merchandising, taxonomy, and site functionality to maximize engagement and conversion
- Integrate third-party applications and sales channels (including print-on-demand services) to expand revenue opportunities
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and store-wide sales events
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and ensure timely product fulfillment
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, tech, creative, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver key campaign moments
- Act as a central resource for the Senior Store Manager and support additional West Coast label rosters as needed
- Analyze weekly sales and inventory reports; provide insights and recommendations to improve KPIs such as conversion and sessions
- Monitor and submit weekly chart reporting data for album sales; investigate and resolve discrepancies in reporting and fulfillment
- Troubleshoot backend and frontend issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with labels, partners, and third-party vendors
- Communicate proactively with customer service teams regarding store updates, delays, or product issues
- Be available outside of standard business hours as needed to support launches and critical operations
Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (store setup, product management, apps, and integrations) is required
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify or similar systems)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stores simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales and inventory reports
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience in music, entertainment, or artist merchandising is a strong asset
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently
