Duties
- Assist customers with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly guest services throughout their visit
- Maintain clean, organized parking lots and vehicle storage areas to ensure safety and accessibility
- Support dealership operations by delivering vehicles within the premises or to designated locations as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately if performing cashiering duties related to vehicle sales or services
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries
- Support retail math activities related to vehicle inventory and sales processing when required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles
- Strong guest services and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently in
parking areas - Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Previous dealership experience or delivery driver experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and flexibility in shift scheduling
