Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Center Representative, where your energy and communication skills will drive growth and foster strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service while actively promoting our products and services. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help expand our sales pipeline, support high-end sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) interactions, outbound sales, and dealership experience.

Duties

  • Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress
  • Negotiate terms and close high-end sales deals with professionalism and confidence
  • Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional customer needs and presenting relevant products or services
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist in inventory management and inventory control processes related to client orders when necessary
  • Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations to promote our offerings at industry events or dealership meetings

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently
  • Experience working within dealership settings or retail sales environments preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory management, retail math, and inventory control is advantageous
  • Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations or marketing pitches confidently
