Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their automotive journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer preferences and needs
  • Negotiate terms of sale, financing options, and additional upselling opportunities to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels effectively through inventory control systems and coordinate with the sales support team for timely vehicle availability
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and document sales activities for future reference
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing questions promptly, and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract high-end sales clients and enhance dealership visibility
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette during outbound calls and inquiries, ensuring clear communication and positive engagement at all times

Experience

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting
  • Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end vehicle sales is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer trust
  • Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for managing sales pipelines and customer data
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can help reach diverse client bases
  • Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Prior experience in outbound sales calls, cold calling techniques, and upselling strategies will be advantageous
