Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Provide person-centered support to individuals and families
- Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and service records
- Use strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to manage daily responsibilities
- Related Human Services degree and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or
- Non-related degree and at least 4 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- A genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilities
- Job type: Part-time
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Location: Asheville, North Carolina
