Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lynnfield, MA, for a Documentation & Operations Specialist. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing documentation related to financial transactions and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and facilitate finance documentation for new transactions
- (finance agreements, titling documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all deal documentation
- Assist in managing deal pipelines and tracking key stipulations
- Respond to internal inquiries related to documentation and deal status
- Support general operational tasks including data entry, file management, and process tracking
- Maintain organized records of all documentation and correspondence
- Help identify and improve documentation workflows and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred (but not required)
- Internship or exposure to finance, banking, or legal documentation
- Familiarity with loan or lease documentation
- Experience with CRM or document management systems
