Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and professional demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring all details are processed smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service to enhance their stay.
- Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a significant advantage in serving diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial.
