Job Summary:
Universal Exposure Inc is seeking a motivated and engaging Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This role focuses on building lasting relationships and working with our customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail environment. You will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers with purchases and product selections, and delivering an excellent in-store experience so our customers leave satisfied with their products and our service!

We ensure that we represent our products in a personal way, creating engagement with our products that matches our customer needs and developing personal service plans.
About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be fully informed on all of our offered products and services to ensure that you can provide our customers with the best personalized service packages that meet their needs. By developing relationships, creatively problem solving, and utilizing excellent customer service skills, you will be able to drive sales in our stores and leave a lasting impression with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with our customers in a friendly and professional manner, informing them on our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and work with them to develop a service plan that works for them!
- Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied and informed.
- Work with your team to handle niche customer issues with professionalism.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on promotions, products, and company policies to ensure we can accurately inform our customers and perform our best.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Full-Time availability (with weekends)
- Reliable and punctual.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
