What You’ll Do (Leadership Responsibilities)
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Church Consultants (outside sales reps)
- Manage and grow production across a 5-state territory
- Coach team members in cold calling, appointment setting, and closing
- Ride along in the field to provide hands-on sales training and accountability
- Monitor performance metrics (appointments, DCI, sits, sales) and drive results
- Ensure territories are properly staffed and producing
- Work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies
- Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and success
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales management, regional management, or territory leadership
- Strong background in B2B or outside sales
- Experience recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
- Ability to hold people accountable while developing their skills
- Highly organized with strong planning and execution ability
- Comfortable with travel throughout a multi-state region
- Understanding of church environments or faith-based organizations is a plus
- Self-starter with leadership presence and strong communication skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
