Overview
Shift: Full-Time; Monday–Friday schedule with a set schedule of 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality care, prepare patients for visits, coordinate medications and testing, and provide education and support. You will also serve as a key link between patients and the care team, helping ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patient and assist provider with examinations, treatment and minor surgical procedures.
- Assists in the delivery of services and patient care.
- Responsible for obtaining medical histories, preparation and administration of injections, collection and preparation of specimens and performing office laboratory procedures.
- Schedule referral appointments and distribute patient educational information as directed by provider.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care model.
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma from an RN program.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
- Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
