Responsibilities
- Case load daily average-10-14
- Blend of adult & child/adolescent
- Initial evaluation of new patients; follow-ups, and treatment team participation
- Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations
- Prescribe medicine to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
- Review and approve individualized plans and assessments
- Call schedule 1:7 weeks- phone call only
- TMS service line & monthly injections available
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Qualifications
- PMHNP Certification
- Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certified
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of State
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States
