Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director of Clinical Decision Support and Quality and staff which includes Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention, Clinical Informatics and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:- Attends monthly/quarterly/bi-monthly meetings and transcribes meeting minutes.
- Distributes and prepares meeting documents.
- Manages/coordinates calendar meetings, room reservations via Outlook.
- Creates spreadsheets/presentations/correspondence as needed.
- Maintains department documents related to DNV/DIA.
- Maintains department documents for staff.
- Maintains department records related to staff.
- Manages/edits/distributes Quality newsletter.
- Provides physician reappointment assistance/ support.
- Facilitates document control processes
- Acts as department timekeeper – UKG entries / submission
High school graduate or GED equivalent required
Education:
Two years secretarial experience required
