Job Title: Associate - SCM Logistics
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Temporary 1-month role
Project Overview:
Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics team by coordinating receiving, inventory control, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and material movement. Work with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely product delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient daily logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, shipping, distribution, inventory control, and warehousing activities.
- Move materials throughout the facility while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
- Process returns, research shipment issues, and resolve invoice/receipt discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support daily logistics operations.
- Respond to internal requests and assist with order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and review reports to support data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED with 2 years of supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or business-related experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory control, warehousing, or distribution.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for certain assignments.
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
