Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to NetSuite specialist, handling user support, issue resolution, and day-to-day administration
- Configure, optimize, and maintain the NetSuite OneWorld environment including approvals, roles, and reports
- Translate business needs from Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes into scalable system solutions
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise tools
- Drive testing, deployment, and training for new features and process improvements
- Create and maintain clear documentation and process maps
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in an administrator or analyst role
- NetSuite Administrator Certification required
- Solid understanding of core NetSuite modules and Suite Script fundamentals
Compensation
$100K–$120K base bonus potential, depending on experience
