Unity Search is a boutique search firm looking for an IT Recruiting & Sales Manager for our growing IT department.
As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in working with and connecting top-tier clients and professionals. This position is a great opportunity for those with a strong client-service mindset and a passion for recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Directly reaching out to potential new clients from Fortune 500 companies to emerging firms to understand their hiring needs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry leaders and highly skilled professionals
- Source, assess, and present top talent for IT roles
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews with candidates
- Manage and track recruiting activities while analyzing key hiring metrics
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- 4 years of proven work experience as a full desk IT Recruiter – Business Development, Sourcing and Recruiting
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
