Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Admissions Coordinator to join our Partial Care program. This full-time role offers an opportunity to support adults with mental illness in their recovery journey, providing counseling, case management, and individualized support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including presentations and outreach in the community
- Assist clients with case management needs related to housing, insurance, etc.
- Conduct intake assessments to determine the severity and impact of various mental health disorders on the client's life, which includes providing a diagnosis
- Provide counseling sessions to individuals using evidence-based approaches based on identified client goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- LAC, LSW, or other clinical licenses (required)
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, behavioral health setting, or clinic is preferred
- Experience working with mental health, addictions, and co-occurring disorders
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Empathetic, team-oriented, and professional approach
- Basic computer literacy
