About The Role
The JEP Desk Agent is responsible for supporting daily field operations by serving as a central point of contact for technician communications and same-day installation activity. This role works closely with field technicians, customers, and internal partners to help ensure service commitments are met and a high-quality customer experience is delivered. The JEP Desk Agent must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate several systems efficiently, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage daily inbound and outbound communications with field technicians regarding installation activity, service updates, and operational support.
- Assist in coordinating and supporting same-day installations to promote timely completion and service success.
- Collaborate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to help ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Utilize multiple systems, including WINCARE, KSF, and DCRIS, to review, update, and manage work-related information.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively while transitioning between technician support and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely follow-up on service-related issues as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and strong customer service skills in all interactions.
- Support departmental goals and daily operational needs assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
