- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification: Active Nurse Aide in Pennsylvania
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Completion of, or ability to successfully complete Direct Care Staff Person Training Course and Competency Test prior to acceptance of employment
