Duties & Responsibilities
*Project Development*
- Help create and design projects to fit the needs of company or volunteer partners as well as project recipients to create valuable impact

- Develop project descriptions and instructions
- Coordinate logistics for projects including organizing volunteers, managing supplies, and communicating with other project stakeholders
```
- Prepare, organize, and inventory volunteer project materials and locations for project success
```
- Attend and direct volunteer projects
- Research volunteer tracking management best practices
```
- Volunteer at partner organizations to develop ideas about program improvements
```
- Submit process improvement ideas and review with team to implement changes
```
- Help develop and improve volunteer database and website to attract new volunteers and promote partner organizations
- Valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
```
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new software
```
- Strong organizational and project management skills
```
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
```
- Experience in community outreach, education, or nonprofit work is a plus
```
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Schedule:* 40 hours/week
- Duration:* June 1st -- August 9th
