PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Performs full life-cycle recruiting (post, source, interview, schedule interviews, candidate management, negotiate salaries and make offers).
- Advises and influences hiring managers on market information and best practices.
- Informs hiring leaders of open roles and status of candidates in the interview process.
- Provides hiring leaders of local trade schools and military partners so they are effective in partnering with professors and counselors to provide a continuous pipeline of talent
- Trains hiring managers on ATS usage (manual and automated) and recruiting processes.
- Ensures hiring process complies with policies and procedures, including but not limited to OFCCP Compliance.
- Identifies and targets industries, companies, user groups, and associations to proactively source qualified candidates.
- Develops internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts.
- Ensures manual and automated applicant tracking systems are up-do-date as well as other recruiting trackers.
- Manages the creation and maintenance of job postings for all assigned business units.
- Plans and build strategies for improving candidate experience and suggests measures for improving team member retention.
- Keeps the pulse on best practices in recruitment, attends webinars, trainings, and shares information with the team to drive process improvement.
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy while maintaining short deadlines with all recruiting data
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
- Dayforce HRIS experience
- Experience utilizing really SmartSourcing tool
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 8 years of current experience as a full cycle Recruiter / Talent Acquisition – full cycle, Boolean and x-ray search experience required.
- Experience recruiting in multiple areas and levels with a heavy focus on hourly positions (Distributed and mobilized Service Technician work force - HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, petroleum tank installers, petroleum service technicians)
- Experience in building and optimizing recruiting infrastructure (i.e. recruiting strategy, tools, trade school and military recruiting)
- Proven track record of maintaining a high level of confidential information in a professional manner
- Demonstrated sourcing and recruiting experience for hourly candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Remote working home office environment
- Able to work Central Time Zone, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
