Job Summary: Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented High Volume Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent in specialized non-exempt frontline and field associate positions to build our customer-obsessed culture. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on internal and external customer satisfaction, leveraging your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment and candidate generation. What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities): Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs within a Key Performance Indicator-driven environment. Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results. Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes, including government clearance investigations. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications): 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, operations, or a recruitment agency. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with a specific preference for Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices. Proven ability in analytical talent assessment, stakeholder management across diverse job profiles, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced culture. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. What We Offer (Benefits): Salary: $38.00 per hour. Location: Dallas, Texas - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite / 3 days remote). Contract Duration: Temporary assignment expected to last 6–9 months with the opportunity for Full-Time conversion dependent on future business needs.
