Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect with strong expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Anaplan solutions while driving Agile delivery practices. This role requires hands-on experience in Classic to Polaris migration, Anaplan model architecture, workflows, integrations, and stakeholder management.
The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing Anaplan solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development

Analyze business requirements and convert Agile user stories into scalable Anaplan solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models following Anaplan PLAN standards and best practices.

Create wireframes and UX/UI solutions for desktop, laptop, and mobile users.

Develop and optimize Anaplan models to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Polaris Migration
-
Lead and support Classic to Polaris migration initiatives.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during Polaris migration.
-
Validate model performance and functionality post-migration.
Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and remove development roadblocks.

Conduct solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and feedback sessions with end users.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and data requirements.
Testing & Deployment
-
Plan, coordinate, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
-
Publish UAT results and ensure issue resolution before deployment.

Manage model migrations across environments and production deployments.
-
Provide post-production support and resolve business-critical issues.
Documentation & Training
-
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), SOPs, and user guides.

Deliver end-user training on Anaplan models, dashboards, UX, and workflows.

Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
Integration & Administration
-
Design and support integrations using Anaplan Connectors and REST APIs.

Configure and manage user roles, security, workflows, and access controls.

Manage workspaces, model lifecycle management, and governance activities.

Utilize Anaplan Workflow and Application Data Orchestrator (ADO) capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certification.

Hands-on experience with Classic to Polaris Migration (Mandatory).

Strong experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).

Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Experience with Anaplan Workflow and Application Data Orchestrator (ADO) capabilities.

Expertise in Anaplan model design, development, and optimization following PLAN standards.

Experience with Anaplan UX/UI design and dashboard development.

Strong understanding of Anaplan security, user roles, and workspace management.

Experience integrating Anaplan with external systems using Connectors and REST APIs.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver within committed timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
