The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Civilian Personnel Flight and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources element. Administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Commander;
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-3, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-13 or equivalent in the Federal Service. Specialized experience must include knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to executive orders and policies. Knowledge of the concepts, laws, rules, and regulations governing federal appropriated fund and NAF civilian personnel management. Skilled in civilian pay budget policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-3, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-13 or equivalent in the Federal Service.
