Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot daily
Citrix and VDI environments - Manage
Active Directory, GPO settings, and Windows 11
systems - Support and maintain
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
setups - Design and implement
platform security - Provide end-user and infrastructure support
- Participate in system upgrades and documentation maintenance
Required Skills:
- 3 years managing
Citrix systems, VDI, and related technologies - 3 years designing and implementing
platform security - 3 years with
Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO - Experience with
ServiceNow ITSM - Some exposure to
Chromebooks
is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
