What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed residential and commercial estimates using Xactimate
- Analyze property damage using photos, reports, and site inspections (as needed)
- Develop accurate scopes of loss and line-item estimates
- Interpret architectural drawings, contractor estimates, and insurance policies
- Identify missed damages, discrepancies, and code-required upgrades
- Collaborate with adjusters and internal teams to support claim strategy
- Maintain clear, organized documentation throughout the claims process
- Assist with estimate revisions, reviews, and negotiations
What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate
- 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or property damage estimating
- Solid understanding of building materials, methods, and code requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
- Familiarity with the insurance claims process preferred

- Primarily office-based with potential field/site visits
