We are a longestablished estate planning services company seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to provide estate planning advice to preengaged clients in the 55 market. You step into a steady flow of nocost introductions, with full administrative and backoffice support. Our office handles most of the client education and intake before you meet with them, so your time is spent on highervalue counsel and document work.
What You Do
- Conduct estate planning consultations with clients referred through our program
- Review family, asset, and planning goals and recommend appropriate solutions
- Draft or review core estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, directives)
- Coordinate with our internal team to finalize documents and implementation
- Provide clear, practical guidance in plain language
