Associate Scientist
Location: CT
We are seeking an Associate Scientist to support laboratory research and development activities. This role will involve conducting experiments analyzing data and supporting product or process development in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has strong laboratory and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and non routine laboratory experiments following established protocols
Analyze and interpret experimental data and document results accurately
Support method development validation and troubleshooting activities
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
Follow GMP GLP and safety guidelines in all lab activities
Prepare technical reports protocols and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with cross functional teams including R and D Quality and Manufacturing
Assist in investigations deviations and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry Biology Biochemistry or related field
0 to 3 years of laboratory experience in pharma biotech or related industry
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical methods
Experience working in GMP or GLP environments preferred
Good documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC GC UV or wet chemistry
Familiarity with method validation and stability studies
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
