BMS/HVAC Automation & Controls Technician
Location: New jersey
Contract Term: 6 months (extension likely to 12 months)
Must-Have Experience
Daily operation and troubleshooting of BAS, EMS, and other automation/control system software.
Strong HVAC background, including diagnostics, understanding of controls logic, and system performance.
Honeywell BMS programming experience.
Siemens EMS experience.
Ability to run and analyze system trends (critical requirement).
Hands-on experience with air handlers—operation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
Solid mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting capability.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with HEPA systems.
Knowledge of clean room environments and related requirements.
Electrical background or certifications.
HVAC or boiler certifications demonstrating stronger system-level expertise.
