Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, manage a team of sales representative focused on selling POS products.
- Monitor and track the sales team's performance, providing guidance and coaching to ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a focus on direct sales and managing teams, preferably in the technology industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the POS industry.
- preferably in the technology or POS industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and retail technology.
