Case Manager (Armenian) - Burbank

Direct Counsel is representing a successful personal injury firm based in Burbank, CA, known for delivering strong results and compassionate service to clients. Specializing in car accident claims, the firm is expanding its Pre-Litigation team and is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Case Manager to join its growing operation.

Your Role:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between clients, medical providers, and the legal team. You’ll ensure each case progresses efficiently and clients feel informed and cared for throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth client interviews to gather case facts and assess their needs

• Create and execute tailored case management plans

• Maintain accurate case files and updates in CASEpeer (or similar platforms)

• Track case progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines or strategies

• Coordinate client medical appointments and treatment schedules

• Handle property damage claims from intake to resolution

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year in personal injury case management (preferred)

  • Familiarity with personal injury law and medical terminology

  • Bilingual Armenian speaker

• Tech Savvy: Experience with CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus

• Languages: Bilingual in Spanish 

• Skills:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Professional and compassionate phone etiquette

  • Excellent client communication and follow-through

Note: This is a full-time, in-office position in Burbank, CA. Hybrid/remote work is not available.
