Admissions Leadership:
- Collaborate and evaluate admissions activities for United Hebrew, Willow Gardens, and Willow Towers.
- Ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulations and internal policies.
- Develop strategies to optimize census and streamline admissions processes.
- Conduct family meetings and facility tours, providing education on services and care options.
- Oversee accurate and timely completion of admission documentation and reporting.

Community Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
- Represent United Hebrew through presentations, hospital visits, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance visibility and promote our reputation for excellence.

Resident & Family Experience:
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families during the admissions process.
- Anticipate and address needs, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate move-ins to ensure smooth transitions to campus life.

Organizational Support:
- Assist with event planning, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and DOH requirements.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the admissions department.
