Position Overview:
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, including
receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures that all inventory is
managed, organized, and stored appropriately. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable,
and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
- Set up, operate, and monitor laminating machines according to specifications.
- Load materials onto the laminating machine, ensuring proper positioning and alignment for accurate lamination.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Identity and report any defects or issues with the laminated products.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on laminating machinery, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Report major mechanical problems to maintenance team or supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations while operating laminating machinery and handling materials.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals.
- Complete necessary paperwork and production logs.
