POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Office Clerk plays a support role at the intersection of warehouse operations and office administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry & Document Management
• Enter and maintain accurate data including purchase orders (POs), packing slips, and paper documents
• Process paperwork related to receiving, shipping, and returns
• Verify all documents for accuracy and completeness prior to filing or submission
• File and organize both physical and digital records in a timely and consistent manner
Discrepancy Resolution & Follow-Up
• Track and follow up on discrepancies, shortages, or missing documentation
• Communicate issues clearly and promptly to the appropriate team members or supervisors
• Maintain open-item logs and ensure resolution within established timeframes
Reporting & Systems Support
• Assist with generating reports and supporting basic data tracking using Excel or similar platforms
• Help maintain data integrity across warehouse and office systems
Team Collaboration
• Support communication and coordination between the warehouse, purchasing, and office teams
• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide flexible support as workload demands change throughout the day
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data entry and document processing
• Stay organized and ensure documentation is kept current and accessible
• Follow through on all open items and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
• Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies clearly and early
• Support teammates proactively as workload fluctuates throughout the shift
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role operates in both office and warehouse settings. The position may involve extended periods of sitting at a workstation, as well as occasional movement within the warehouse floor. Candidates must be comfortable in environments that may include noise, varying temperatures, and active forklift/equipment traffic in adjacent areas.
Salary : $21
