Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Material Handler to work in a cold environment (temperatures below 10°F/-12°C). This position is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a cold environment (below 10°F/-12°C) for extended periods.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately according to pick sheets or handheld scanners.
- Handle, move, and store materials safely using appropriate equipment (Stand up forklift ).
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and other details to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
- Must be Stand-up forklift certified
- Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift
Compensation: $18-$19
