We are actively seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) On-Site Coordinator to support our first shift operations. Required Schedule- Monday through Friday- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- with required overtime when needed.
- Support recruitment and selection for temporary employees, including resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding coordination
- Represent United professionally with clients, maintaining a courteous and knowledgeable presence
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting efforts within the designated area
- Perform administrative tasks, including accurate and timely data entry and maintaining candidate records
- Answer calls, provide general assistance, or direct inquiries appropriately
- Help draft and obtain job descriptions as needed
- Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews
- Maintain written documentation of policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local employment and privacy laws, including pre-employment screening per contract and legal requirements
- Escort new external talent to their work area on their first day, when onsite
- Assist with planning and representing United at onsite events as needed
- Prepare miscellaneous reports and support special projects as assigned
Site-Specific Requirements:
- The Ontario site has an odor of chemicals due to the nature of the product
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work 1st shift hours is required
- Must be willing and able to commute between three buildings located in Ontario, Fontana, and San Bernardino
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this setting
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish) Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Dependable and punctual, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work non-standard business hours and occasional travel
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour-Depending on experience
