We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee the installation of geotechnical solutions across multiple projects in the Northeast region (Philly/NJ/NYC). This is a great opportunity for a construction-minded PM who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and wants to grow with a design-build specialty contractor.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of ground improvement, earth retention, micro-pile, and other geotechnical construction projects
- Handle contract requirements, change orders, claims, scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC
- Serve as the primary liaison between client management, engineering teams, and field foremen
- Oversee project invoicing and payment collection
- Manage material procurement, vendor quotes, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
- Review daily quality control reports and provide final QC approval prior to project demobilization
- Assist Senior Project Managers as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Heavy civil construction experience (geotechnical a plus)
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong understanding of project contractual requirements
- Proven ability to work effectively as a liaison with Engineers, General Contractors, and Owners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
