The Role
Full-scope project management from design coordination through final close-out - owning the schedule, budget, billing, client relationship, and field oversight on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal project schedules and coordinate across engineering, drafting, production, and field teams
- Review submittal drawings for constructability and compliance
- Manage contracts, change orders, and scope vs. estimate
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and final retainage close-out
- Coordinate pre-erection meetings, stability plan submittals, and weekly site visits
- Supervise Field Superintendent and subcontractor performance
- Maintain project documentation and own punch list completion
- Serve as the central communication link between internal teams and the external project team
What They Are Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5 years in construction, contracting, or general contracting
- Precast concrete background a strong plus
- Strong communicator, comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
