Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Morrow, GA. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate with team members, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met efficiently. Daily responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting project activities, performing inspections to meet quality standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and maintain smooth project operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience with Expediting and managing schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Logistics Management and the ability to oversee supply chain and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction industry best practices and standards is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2 years successfully managing concrete construction projects from start to finish
