- Supervise and develop a multi-craft maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding disciplines; manage scheduling, performance, and accountability across all shifts
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive PM program using CMMS; track KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, and OEE to drive reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Oversee maintenance of all foundry production equipment including furnaces, molding lines, sand systems, core machines, conveyors, and material handling
- Manage MRO inventory, maintenance budget, and contractor relationships; support capital project planning, installation, and commissioning
- Enforce LOTO/TAGOUT, confined space, hot work, and all applicable OSHA standards; lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for equipment failures and safety events
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
