Pay Range
USD $38,769.00 - USD $57,876.00 /Yr.
We are looking for a skilled Loan Fulfillment Doc Prep Specialist II to prepare and deliver commercial loan documents, perform quality control reviews, and support our Loan Operations team. Your expertise will ensure compliance and accuracy in all loan documentation processes.
What You’ll Do
- Administrative Excellence:
- Perform complex and non-routine administrative tasks with significant judgment and discretion.
- Support the Loan Operations team with various duties.
- Document Preparation:
- Prepare and deliver detailed commercial loan documents, including promissory notes, deeds/mortgages, and security agreements for intermediate to complex loan types.
- Ensure all documents are prepared within specified due dates and comply with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver interim loan documents for acquired banks using the legacy bank’s document preparation system.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality control reviews of loan documents prepared by peers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Processing/Branch environment.
- Document Preparation or Document Review experience is preferred.
- Education:
- Combination of education and/or work-related experience.
- Required Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial and/or retail loan documentation requirements, including collateral perfection, cross-collateralization, and legal verbiage requirements.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
- This is a full-time, non-remote position
