Qualified Mental Health Professional for adults and children (QMHP-A/C).

We are currently seeking QMHP-A/C for part-time and possible full-time position.
Clinicians have in-person.
The services that UCS provides are:
Mobile Crisis Response (MCR), Community Crisis Response (CCS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Services (MH-IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive In-Home Services (IIH), Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS), Medication Management, Individual and Group Therapy, Girls Circle Group, and High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW)
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts individual sessions with clients on a daily basis.
- Documents each client’s progress throughout the day and records all interventions used to assist individuals, develops and executes behavior modification strategies.
- Provides service coordination in collaboration with treatment team members.
- Monitors and assists in the development and implementation of but not limited to social skills, independent living skills, interpersonal relationships, problem solving, anger management, medication education, impulse control, healthy communication skills, etc.
- Coordinates or assists with crisis intervention and stabilization services as appropriate.
- Completes weekly progress reports, develops quarterly individual service plans and assists and monitors clients with achieving daily living goals.
- Provides and documents weekly face to face or client sessions.
- Is responsible for the proper and timely documentation of all information required by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
- Advocate on behalf of the family with other providers
- Document all contacts with recipient in Medicaid approved format.
- Responsible for submitting Medicaid documentation by specified deadline
- Attend bi-weekly company meetings.
Position Qualifications (minimum)
- Qualified Mental Health Professional Adult/Child/Trainee according to Virginia DMAS Regulations; must be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling
- Flexible Schedule
- Automobile with a valid driver’s license.
- A bachelor's degree in human services or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
