Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives for our Property & Facilities Management division. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and market research, with a strong ability to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
4–6 years of marketing experience (Facilities Management / Property / Real Estate preferred)
Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools
Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
Manage social media, website content, and online presence
Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, promotional content)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Operations teams
