Position Responsibilities:
- Performing a range of medical grade advanced services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microneedling, and non-ablative Sciton® mJOULE™ laser treatments including MOXI® and BBL® HERO™
- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalized treatment plans
- Educating patients on product use and personalized home skincare regimens to enhance treatment outcomes
- Capturing and documenting before-and-after photography
- Maintaining accurate records and treatment notes
- Recommending and promoting medical grade skincare products and service packages based on patient needs
- Staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education
- Collaborating with a team of providers, plastic surgeons, and fellow aestheticians to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Utilize advanced technologies and lasers for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening procedures
- Active Aesthetician license in the state of Georgia
- 2 years of hands-on clinical skincare experience, preferably in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
- Skilled in laser-based services, with a strong preference for Sciton, medical-grade treatments, and physician directed skincare recommendations
- Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment customization
- Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering consistently excellent results
- Sales experience and a natural ability to guide patients in their skincare journey
- Team-focused and eager to contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded environment
