What You’ll Do:

As an Advanced Medical Practice Aesthetician, you will play a key role in delivering clinical skincare treatments and building long-term relationships with patients. You will also actively participate in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other self-promotional activities to drive your business. As an aesthetician at The Bengtson Center, you should attract clientele through your personal brand, strong focus on patient care, and exceptional technical skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a range of medical grade advanced services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, non-ablative lasers, microneedling, and Sciton® mJOULE™ laser treatments including MOXI® and BBL® HERO™
• Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalized treatment plans
• Educating patients on product use and personalized home skincare regimens to enhance treatment outcomes
• Capturing and documenting before-and-after photography
• Maintaining accurate records and treatment notes
• Recommending and promoting medical grade skincare products and service packages based on patient needs
• Staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education
• Collaborating with a team of providers, plastic surgeons, and fellow aestheticians to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Utilize advanced technologies and lasers for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening procedures

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of Michigan
• 2 years of hands-on clinical skincare experience, preferably in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
• Skilled in laser-based services, with a strong preference for Sciton, medical-grade treatments, and physician directed skincare recommendations
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment customization
• Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering consistently excellent results
• Sales experience and a natural ability to guide patients in their skincare journey
• Team-focused and eager to contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded environment

• Base commission-based compensation with very high earning potential

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday; occasionally Saturdays and evenings

 Compensation: Hourly base pay Commission
