Responsibilities:
- Build reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for business teams including Sales, Retention, and Operations
- Use SQL to extract data and Python to clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to support query writing, summarizing findings, and generating documentation
- Create clear, easy-to-understand visualizations and dashboards that communicate key insights
- Assist in converting manual, repetitive processes into automated workflows using SQL or Python
- Partner with senior analysts and managers to clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop technical and business skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role (internships, bootcamps, and academic projects welcome)
- Foundational SQL skills including joins, filtering, and aggregations
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and basic scripting
- Exposure to AI tools and interest in applying them to improve productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with willingness to present findings to groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus
