Compensation & Benefits:
- LSW / LPC: $64,000 - $70,000 annually
- LISW / LPCC: $72,000 - $80,000 annually

Position Summary:
This position is part of the MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) program and provides direct, community-based crisis intervention and stabilization services to youth experiencing behavioral health and emotional or adjustment-related crises, including diagnostic assessment, linkage, and advocacy as needed. This is a 12-hour day shift position.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
- Provides prescreening for hospitalization. Responds to community locations including but not limited to hospitals, universities, and in residential settings if needed to provide crisis intervention services.
- Obtains status and serves as a health officer in designated counties.
- Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a master’s in counseling. Master’s degree in social work or counseling preferred.
- LSW/LPC required.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, evidence-based practices, motivational and crisis intervention skills.
- Must demonstrate knowledge in chronic physical health issues and needs of persons who have SPMI.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of care planning and care coordination in integrated health.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of evidence based and developmentally appropriate screening.
- Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
