Compensation & Benefits:

LSW/LPC: $55,000 – $68,000 annually

LISW/LPCC: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Position Summary:
Clinical Therapist provide community-based clinical care through Unison Health’s FACT Program, supporting individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions (SPMI). Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments under supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote client stability, independence, and access to essential services.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
- Conduct diagnostic assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
- Deliver community-based clinical services focused on client stability and independence.
- Coordinate care through advocacy and linkage to appropriate resources and support services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s preferred) OR Master’s degree in Counseling

Current Ohio licensure: LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with SPMI clients

Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours
